Process: The JRichards Bridal Custom Gown

A brief synopsis of what the custom-made custom-fit process entails:

-Complimentary client consultation (in person/ on phone/ skype or facetime chat) discussing client preferences/desires and shared inspiration images

-Designer research in reaction to client consult/feedback

-Sketching design options as discussed at 1st client consult  ($300 downpayment requested at this time)

-Choosing appropriate fabrications (fabric options presented at 2nd consult in person or via mailed fabric package)

-Final client edit/design selection made

-Draping the design 

-Creating custom patterns

-Creating/fitting 1-2 rounds of mockups of the design (called a muslin) to perfect the shape & fit

-Execution of garment in final fabrication & its corresponding fittings (usually 1-2)

Starting to mid-point prices for a custom designed & fit one-of-a-kind gown range within the $3k-5k span depending on the qualities/fabrication chosen and amount of labor involved.

Pricing: Custom JRichards Bridal Accessories

Veils: $100 (shoulder length with/without blusher) to $650 (cathedral length with lace trim)

Belts: $75-150 (depending on the trim/design selected)

Head Piece/Crowns/Garlands: $250-500 depending on intricacy of design

Hair Accessory: $50-75
